Acson CNY 2025 "蛇 heng 蛇 Huat,好运来" Game - Terms of Use

Introduction:
These terms of use ("Terms") govern the use of the digital game called "蛇 heng 蛇
Huat,好运来" ("Game" or "Campaign") offered by Acson Malaysia Sales & Service
Sdn. Bhd. ( "Organiser", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing and using the Game, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these
Terms.

Eligibility:
The Campaign is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia above
the age of 18 as of 1 January 2025. Employees of the Organiser, and its partners,
affiliates, agencies, and each of their respective immediate families and household
members (collectively the "Campaign Entities") are not eligible to enter this
Campaign.
Participants must own a Touch 'n Go eWallet Account that is registered with their
own Full Name (as per I/C) to participate in the Campaign.

Campaign Period:
The campaign begins on 25th January 2025 at 00:00:00 and ends on 14th February
2025 at 23:59:59 (GMT+8) ("Campaign Period").
The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, postpone,
reschedule and/or extend the Campaign Period and/or cancel / terminate the
campaign at any time without prior notice.

Campaign Entry
- Participants are required to fill out their Full Name, Phone Number (registered
with Touch 'n Go eWallet Account), and Email Address to play the Game.

Participants must ensure the details they fill out are genuine. Providing
incorrect information will result in the participant being ineligible for rewards.
- Each participant can only play once a day.
- The Organiser and/or our partners will not be liable for any errors, omissions,
interruptions, deletions, faults, delays in operation or transmission,
communication line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access, or
modification of user or member communications, or any technical problems
or interruptions to any network or telecommunication lines, online computer
systems, servers or service providers, computer equipment, software systems,
e-mail failures, device battery problems, or due to Participant technical
account problems or internet traffic congestion.

Game Mechanics:
- Only single player mode available and each player can participate once per day.
- Participants can share the game with their friends or family via social media,
or copy and share the campaign link on any platform.
- The game consists of 3 levels, from level 1 to level 3.
- Participants need to complete all 3 levels as quickly as possible to compete for the weekly leaderboard.
- Participants will enter the game and are given only 1 life per day to play the game.
- Participants need to control the in-game character, moving left and right to
bounce the (-) PLUSMA ion to eliminate the bar (representing heat, dust, and
bacteria).
- Participants can pick up power-ups in the game to speed up their progress for better placement on the weekly leaderboard.
- Power-ups will appear randomly in the game.
- Participants who join the game, regardless of whether they win or lose at each level, will receive a random reward.
- After the game ends, the screen will indicate the rewards won, and
participants will receive an email regarding the prizes they have won.

Rewards:
- A total reward pool of Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN, Acson eStore vouchers
& Acson products worth RM 20,000 is up to win throughout the campaign
period.
- Rewards includes daily prizes and weekly prizes throughout the campaign
period.
- Daily prizes consist of:
- Acson eStore vouchers
- Touch‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN
- Rewards will be distribute randomly based on different level.
- Weekly prizes consist of (prize will be divide by 3 weeks throughout the
campaign period:
- Grand Prize (RM288 Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN) x 3
- 1st Prize (Air Purifier, AAP30B) x 3
- 2nd Prize (Foldable Floor Fan, AFF10A) x 3
- 3rd Prize (Aroma Diffuser Speaker, AAD20B) x 36
- The Organiser, our partners, agents, sponsors and representatives shall not be
liable to any Participant who fails to claim their Reward under any
circumstances in accordance with the rules of the reward claim. The Organiser
reserves the right to determine the unclaimed rewards.
- Rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed by the Participant in
any other form or manner out of what has been prescribed by the Organiser.
- All rewards will only be available to be claimed while stocks last, or until the
end of the Campaign Period, whichever comes first. Once fully claimed, all
rewards will not be replenished, and the Organiser shall not be held
responsible for any resulting unavailability.
- The Organiser reserves the right to replace any rewards with an equivalent
reward if the original rewards offered, for any reason whatsoever, are no
longer available.
- The Organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of
the Game's rewards and ruling at any time.
- For instance, the 3rd prize AAD20B will be switched to AAD20C (Aroma Diffuser
Speaker, White) if the original prize offered, AAD20B (Aroma Diffuser Speaker,
black) is out of stock.

Rewards Collection:
- An automated email will be sent to the participant after they have completed
the game
- Daily prizes:

If a participant wins Touch 'n Go eWallet Reload PIN, the email will
provide with a 10-digit TNG Reload PIN. Participant will need to key in
the digit in their respective TNG wallet to redeem the Reload PIN.

If a participant wins an Acson eStore voucher, the voucher code will be
sent directly to their provided email address, along with the reward
collection details attached to the email.

Acson eStore vouchers can’t be used in conjunction with other coupon/voucher.
- Minimum spend of Acson eStore vouchers is RM50.
- Weekly prizes:

Weekly winner will be announce within 14 working days after the specific week:
- 1st week leaderboard winners (25th Jan – 31th Jan)
- 2nd week leaderboard winners (1th Feb – 7th Feb)
- 3rd week leaderboard winners (8th Feb – 14th Feb)

If a participant wins weekly prizes, an email will be send to the winner
to confirm for their detail.

Acson Malaysia will deliver the prize within fourteen (14) working days
after we have contacted and confirm the winner’s detail.

Free gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable
for cash or other product from Acson Malaysia. Acson Malaysia has the
right to substitute the free gift for a product of equivalent value
without prior notice or reason.

The Organiser and/or our partners will not be held responsible should the
participants fail to check on the email and miss the reward redemption period

Participants must provide a valid email address during the registration of
participation. The Organiser will not be responsible if the participant does not
receive their Acson estore voucher or TNG eWallet Reload PIN due to the
participant’s negligence (such as: The given email address is not valid to receive
the email for the Acson eStore or Touch 'n Go eWallet Reload PIN rewards.)

Touch 'n Go eWallet Reload PIN will be valid for 6 months from the date of
purchase by the organizer.

Expiry date for the Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN above is 15th July 2025. It
is user’s responsibility to take note on the expiry date of Touch ‘n Go eWallet
Reload PIN. Any claiming for Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN after the expiry
date will not be entertained.

Usage of the Touch ‘n Go Reload PIN is subject to Touch ‘n Go Malaysia’s Terms & Conditions.

Acson eStore Vouchers can only be used on Acson Malaysia Official eStore:
https://store.acson.com.my/. The Acson eStore vouchers will be eligible to be
used from 25th January 2025 to 28th February 2025 at 23:59:59 (GMT+8). All
unclaimed rewards will be forfeited by the Organiser after the expiry date, and
no compensation will be made thereafter.

All costs and expenses incurred and/or arising from the participation in the
rewards collection, including but not limited to telecommunications, network,
Short Messaging Services, postal and all such other charges and out-of-pocket
expenses as may be incurred by a Participant during or in connection with the
rewards redemption shall be borne solely by the Participant.

Limitations of Liability:
The Organiser and its affiliates, agencies, and partners will not be liable for any loss, damage,
or injury arising from the participation in the Campaign or the acceptance and use of the
rewards
The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time
without notice or liability.

Personal Data:
We may collect personal data from you when you use the Game, and such collection and
processing of personal data will be subject to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010
("PDPA") and our Privacy Policy. We will collect and process personal data necessary for the
provision of the Game and its related services. We may use this information to provide you
with the best possible gaming experience, to personalise your experience, and to improve
our services. We may also use your personal information for purposes of contacting and
sending to you marketing and Campaign information or materials about our products,
services, samples, any other events or contests organised by the Organiser.

Data Collection, Use, and Consent:
We will only collect, use, and process your personal data in accordance with the
PDPA and our Privacy Policy. By playing the Game, you consent to the collection, use,
and processing of your personal data as described in these Terms and our Privacy
Policy. We may use your personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide you access to the Game and its services
- To personalise your experience within the Game
- To communicate with you about the Game and its services
- To improve the Game and its services
To comply with any legal obligations we may have

Data Sharing:
We may share your personal data with third parties that provide services to us, such as
hosting and support services. We will only share your personal data with these third parties
to the extent necessary to provide our services to you and subject to applicable data
protection laws.

We take data security seriously and will take the necessary steps to protect your
personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure in accordance with the
PDPA and our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights in the Game and its content, including without
limitation all trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, designs, images,
graphics, text, sound recordings, videos, and other materials ("Content") belong to
us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or
otherwise exploit the Content without our prior written consent.

Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Game at any time for any
reason, without notice or liability to you.

Changes to These Terms:
- The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior notice,
and without any liability to any person, at any time to change the Terms and
Conditions including to change the Campaign Period, make reward
substitutions, cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign in whole or in part.

In the event of any changes to the Terms and Conditions, Participants agree
that their continued participation in the Campaign will constitute their
acceptance of the Terms and Conditions (as changed).
